Pros

Strong, positive company culture with receptive management Meaningful work and flexible set-up Competent, motivated colleagues

Cons

Compensation could be more competitive. Workload can occasionally exceed capacity, though the company is actively working on prioritization to address this.

Pros

Evidence Action offers a very supportive and intellectually stimulating working environment. The onboarding process was smooth, and the team was welcoming, responsive, and highly professional. I appreciated the transparent management style, strong mentorship, and opportunities to improve my skills in literature review, critical thinking, analytical writing, AI use, and global health program strategy. The office location and staff were also excellent.

Cons

I do not have major concerns. As with many fast-moving global health organizations, some projects require adapting quickly to evolving priorities and timelines, but this also created valuable learning opportunities.
