1. Slow and very inefficient organization. Excessive layers (hierarchy) makes it hard to actually get things done. Seniors have become used to outdated processes, "it's always been done like this, so no change needed" -mindset. 2. Extremely low base salary (minimum wage) compared to alike companies, no extra benefits, lack of secondary benefits. 3. Canteen food is expensive, self-use barista machine is dirty, nobody cleans the cups, canteen staff is rude, coffee machines are not properly cleaned and rinsed through.
