Pros

Pay slightly higher than competition

Cons

If their job posts were honest: "Are you looking for a job? Our revolving door is open! Even our CEO position is a revolving door, that way upper management has zero accountability. Do you like mediocrity? Great! Everyone here gets a 3 out of 5 and the same cost of living adjustment." Requirements: -Ability to agree with management -Lack of logic as contradictory policies change daily -Willingness to lie to cover for company wide incompetence Preferred qualities: -Good at small talk -Zero Corporate Aviation Experience Benefits -You may get to look at an airplane in a hangar

Pros

Working as an Account Manager at EJM has been a positive experience. The leadership is respectful, flexible, and supportive, and the schedule allows for a great work-life balance: four 10-hour days, three days off each week, and one remote day. The work is fast-paced and varied, so no two days feel the same. We're constantly learning, especially about the aviation industry, which keeps things interesting. My coworkers are genuinely kind and collaborative, and management often shows appreciation through perks like company-paid lunches. The building itself is beautiful and well-kept, which adds to the overall professionalism and comfort of the workplace. EJM is a strong choice if you're seeking a stable, team-oriented environment.

Cons

Compensation is fair, but increasing pay to better align with inflation would strengthen employee retention. While there are some paths for career growth, expanding advancement opportunities would be a valuable investment in long-term talent. Lastly, certain internal processes and systems could benefit from streamlining to improve day-to-day efficiency.
