      Pros

      The environment is extremely welcoming and friendly to anyone. Their recruitment process is simple and easy to follow. Any Employees I have spoken to are nothing but nice.

      Cons

      I was put into the talent pool and unfortunately was waiting for over 2 months. I rarely got follow ups unless contacted by me first.
