- easy job to balance as a student - can ask for cover if you can't make it to your shift - kids were lovely

- low wages and no opportunity for pay rise - managers had clear favourite tutors - managers often talked bad about parents, students or tutors - minimal training for tutoring SEN students - weird hours in the middle of the day - always understaffed
