Flexible hybrid work. Lots of training available with many leaders focussed on the career growth and development of their teams. Good benefits. Inclusive culture. Expirence of Pro's vs. Cons can vary depending on the which team you are on. People make all the difference.
Cons
Too much of a hierarchical culture and focus on titles. The People & Culture group do not appear to be helpful in helping those teams struggling with workplace bullying where there is a clear power hungry dynamic.
