Pros
The personnel within Group Engineering are great to work. On the whole they only want the outcome for the equipment.
Cons
No pay rise for 8 years. Upper management actively ignoring and encouraging the issues between departments. Poor pension Private health care has a £150 excess which in counter intuitive and stops personnel using the service. No career progression.
