    Flex time and good benifits

    Cons

    Over worked, under paid, lack of job growth. Full time employees having to get part time jobs to make ends meet.

    Pros

    Good quality people to work with however commitment from management was very poor in providing region with what was needed to compete with the competition

    Cons

    Poor management and no training. They provide little or no training for new hires who do not have previous experience in the energy business

    Advice to Management

    Create a better training programs

    Pros

    Excellent benefits package. They match dollar for dollar up to 4% on 401k and vesting is from day 1 of employment.

    Cons

    Too bureaucratic; marketing process lagging far behind local needs. Decisions made in UK instead of Houston.

    Advice to Management

    Bring more autonomy to local sales and operations. Schlumberger like management philosophy. Probably because many ex-Schlumberger involved??
