Pros

Legal domain is the only good stuff here.

Cons

No personal growth. Worst management. Varying HR policy- varies diversely. Keep icing / worshiping the executive director; she'll favor you, especially men. Performance appraisal given based on the goals that you will meet in the future and not based on what your contribution was to the organization. Never takes care of employees- only squeeze their labor- no respect for their family values or their health. They don’t like any sick leaves, as they think people here will never fall sick (they even warn you not to take any sick leaves) Never ask or speak anything to the management- You will get a response- You needn’t know that- Its none of your business! Attrition rate is awesome! Wonder if any other company in India is undergoing this situation. Within a year around 50 employees left from a total of 120. People run away unable to cope with the pressure and strange behavior from the management. They threaten people, give false hopes. They recruit people without any clear cut plans for their designation. They recruit you one role and secretly ask you to get trained on another role, even without your lead's knowledge! People already here know these stuffs and run away, but new joiners blindly believe them. Freshers abscond even without informing the management. They are too scared to stay back. People who left the company ranges from housekeeping staff to the top most associate directors. Chameleon will get ashamed if it comes to know about Exterro management. Completely worthless place.
