If you survived Roche at Offermatica, you will be right at home. Company pays full medical premiums for family.
Cons
Toxic work environment. Frequent layoffs used as a means to remove employees that are not part of Team Roche and Co. Replace employees with cheap, offshore workers. Claim company motto is "One Team" but are anything but. VP/Director heavy. Product is not well built and often broken or patched together. Lack pride in workmanship.
