Not a great company for people with families - Assistant Manager Extra Space Storage Employee Review

People talk about others behind their backs. Upper management forces you to use PTO to have more than one Saturday off even if it conflicts with child care they also do not care about the weather or road conditions they expect you to show up even if the county says no travel unless it is an emergency. The pay isn't that great for what you have to deal with and good luck advancing they only promote those they like. The company is very political and will throw their values in your face even if you do not agree with it they force their views down your throat even if it goes again your values or religion and they don't care unless it makes them look good.
