      Pros

      The hours (out by 6 m-f and 530 on Saturday No Sundays). The pay is good compared to some other storage facilities.

      Cons

      It is not a Con but a FYI... This is not just an office job you have to go out and clean units (sweep, wipe down walls make sure if the customer has not already done so remove all items from the unit. The property is yours to take care of make sure that you get vendors in for landscaping and other maintenance. There is always work to do outside (wiping down doors, sweeping, mopping halls).

      Good consideration of their employees, and good standard pay

      Cons

      They say you are getting a raise or getting paid more but its actually the standard pay they give starting off they just want current employees to feel accomplished with the illusion of it so they are trying to catch you up to that pay, and no actual room for growth do to hierarchy standards,
