Pros
-not so much pressure on targets just because there lead generation is poor i.e. Marketing.
Cons
-Salary Package is not given according to the industry standards - promotions and hikes are promised and never delivered - no work and personal life balance - content is not satisfactory - services promised to the customer are not delivered. i.e. No one time delivery, no proper teacher support, no customer satisfaction - no employee satisfaction - retention bonus and incentives are promised but not given. - rules are made and changed every now and then.
