      Pros

      Work-life balance is ok, the product is useful and has the potential for a good impact on users' lives.

      Cons

      Constant change in priorities and in the organization. It's very stressful to work with change negotiations with layoffs at least one time per year. A lot of white men in manager and lead positions.

      Senior leadership is not at the level they should be. Strategy changes all the time and their is fear of investing in their own business. The claim of culture being a "fellow" is fake.
