      Pay scale is higher than GS pay scale. If you build relationships with other managers, you can change job series or divisions easier here since it’s an excepted agency. Re

      Southern Region specifically has the most toxic managers and the worst culture I’ve ever encountered in my career. Extremely negative work environment, difficult people to work with, very cutthroat.
