Pros

FCS software just play with my career. They have given me joining date of 17 August. 16 August is my last day in my organisation and even have the farewell party from my organisation. In the night of 16 August I have a mail from HR that my joining have been cancelled and I am very sorry for this and I can't do nothing on this. It's is decision of higher management. How could you play with other career . If you need to cancel the joining this need to be infront least 15-20 earlier . They even issue me the offer letter with joining. As of now I don't have any job and I don't know how to manage coming months with wife and kids.
