      Not much work pressure. Most work with german team, they promote work life balance.

      No clarity on hike, variable pay. Average 5% hike that too 5 months late. No perks or benefits

      You get variety of projects to work on so work is not monotonous. You will be engaged with customers and build network.

      Cons

      Salary is low compared to industry standard. Bonuses are very low. Work environment is boring. People tend to be within themselves.
