Full Time, part time, weekly paycheck, vacation, health benefits, retirement. Open Door policy. Use as a stepping stone for more ethical & morale employers.
Cons
Vacation at company discretion. Cashback on vacation is a 24 mo waiting period w/o interest. Health Benefits are, inappropiate or inadequate. LOD injury - non existent - worksman comp - watchout. Open door policy as long as supevisor approves @ you must tell supervisor reason to contact HR, otherwise, write up! Fixed schedules are solely immediate supervisor discretion - expect interruptions. Google 401 K & Provider relation to FJC> Conflict of Interest - maybe a SEV Violation.
