Pros
Employees are only required to attend the office a few days a week, offering flexibility and a better work-life balance. However, there is no transport allowance provided, and the company seems to heavily favor individuals of their own nationality, offering them significantly more benefits compared to others.
Cons
I’m deeply disappointed with how this company treats its employees, especially those working as third-party contractors. Despite receiving sufficient budgets for projects, the company withholds a significant portion, leaving employees with inadequate compensation for their efforts. There are no bonuses, minimal salary increments that employees have to fight for, and little to no training for new hires. Favoritism is evident, as individuals of certain nationalities receive significantly more benefits and opportunities, creating an unfair and biased work environment. While clients are charged high rates, the workers who ensure the success of these projects are underpaid and undervalued. This lack of fairness and transparency is disheartening. I hope the company reevaluates its practices and begins to treat its employees with the respect and compensation they truly deserve.
