Pros
Nice staff and summer hours are benefits. Relatively easy office environment to work in and office hours which are very much 9-5.
Cons
Owners. Lack of direction and worse, not understanding that they have no lack of direction. Owners like to talk about the way they've "always done things" not realizing that is why the agency is dying.
