Promising at the start but very disappointing at the end - Anonymous employee FXCM Employee Review

No career opportunities. All managers think they are above and free to do what they want as they please but expect their team to work like crazy while they are having fun at the pub, they start late in the morning, finish early in the evening whilst the employees must stick to 9 to 6. The managers don't involve their teams in the decisions, it's a straight descending line of hierarchy "I'm your boss, you do as I say". The managers don't back you up, they don't take responsibility. They will laugh out of your difficult relationship with members of their team but will not help you when you raise the issue.
