Client Services offers a way to learn about this industry very quickly. Managers are excellent, with constant review. They offer both great critique.Offers potential to move to other departments, such as Marketing or Sales or Management.
Cons
I exceed at my position, but management opportunities were given on seniority, not merits. Pay is low, even in Dallas. You have to stay in this position for hte entire year to earn a discretionary bonus.
