      Pros

      Watching your bosses talk in the break room for hours then leave early.

      Cons

      .Salary workers do not usually work over 40 hours .Hourly workers are basically forced to be part time. .No raises for the past two years. .fired a bunch of people and made Hourly employees do more work for same pay while salary workers just chill in their office.

      Flexible and allows for exposure to other areas besides your specific field

      Cons

      Little to no career growth in terms of promotion/title changes, and lack of growth for departments that need more help despite carrying a heavy load work wise.
