Never thought I would have a job like this

    Pros

I am a tradesman, and my family all worked in the trades. Never thought I would have a job where I didn't have to get my hands dirty. When a friend started working at Family First Life, I decided to make a go of it since he was having such success. They paid for me to get my license and I was off and running business. Everything is top notch, the training, the annual convention, and the comp.

    Cons

This is a business you own yourself. You must work hard or you will be broke.

    Pros

FFL has a vast array of carriers and insurance products to choose from. They have an impressive, extensive track record for developing highly successful agents, which comes from quality training and an opportunity to work your butt off to get $$. The ceiling is higher than any other IMO, but the ceiling also grows as you grow.

    Cons

It's only a con if you let it be. You have to work. The FFL opportunity is a chance to work for yourself rather than for someone else. Being a business owner/ self-employed entrepreneur/ independent broker..takes a dedicated, disciplined type of person. It's not for the weak BUT it's worth all the hustle financially if you are willing to put in the time and effort and learn from other leaders.
