I am a tradesman, and my family all worked in the trades. Never thought I would have a job where I didn't have to get my hands dirty. Being a business owner/ self-employed entrepreneur/ independent broker..takes a dedicated, disciplined type of person. It's not for the weak BUT it's worth all the hustle financially if you are willing to put in the time and effort and learn from other leaders.
