Pros

Great Benefits Good culture Friendly co workers Internet stipend Work from home

Cons

Pay could be a lot better especially in the Atlanta better Was told there would be unlimited overtime when I came on board I was told there was unlimited paid time off A lot of micromanagement They expect you to work like a robot with minimal breaks. You go to the bathroom 2 minutes over your break and they will scold you for it seriously. They treat customer service terrible. Like the scum of the earth. No respect or appreciation for the customer service agents. They don’t backup their agents. Management is not getting talked to disrespectful everyday so they don’t really understand nor are they understanding. If Learn new skills you don’t get a raise. So you’re doing 3x the work for less pay . They claim to care about you and your family however schedules are terrible and change every 6 weeks. They will not accommodate your schedules because they don’t care about you or your family only themselves. FanDuel is the largest sports book platform they make millions of dollars but can’t give their employees raises for learning skills Very disappointing I thought this was a place I can grow a career. If you’re thinking of working here please read the reviews and take my word. Yes you work from home with flexibility but is it worth affecting your mental health? This is the most stressful job I had in my life. I thought working from him was supposed to be fun low stress the company is anything but that.

Pros

The people at FanDuel are genuinely talented and supportive. Collaboration is strong, the energy is high, and teams consistently deliver high-quality work under demanding timelines. There’s a real sense of camaraderie that makes the day-to-day experience fulfilling.

Cons

Employee Relations is, without question, the most concerning part of working at FanDuel. Their approach is rigid, punitive, and disconnected from the reality of how teams operate. Rather than supporting employees or resolving issues, ER often feels focused on punishment over fairness. There is little room for dialogue, context, or proportionality. Even minor, unintentional mistakes can result in extreme consequences delivered without warning. Decisions feel opaque and predetermined, with no meaningful opportunity to be heard or course-correct. “Consistency and fairness” is frequently cited, but in practice it comes across as a way to avoid nuance or accountability. The result is a culture of fear that discourages openness, undermines trust, and makes employees feel disposable.
