The creative folks at FFG are some of the most amazing and fun people you are likely to work with. Studio is somewhat willing to take creative risks and make products that espouse progressive values.
Cons
Asmodee North America, the parent company, engages in unethical management practices, including lying to employees and minimizing raises/bonuses while claiming to post record profits. If you experience a problem with work culture or company practices and raise that to HR or Asmodee leadership, you will be told the problem does not exist (and if you are non-male or non-white, they will remind you that the company values in the employee handbook include "dedication to diversity").
