      Pros

      Business Groups and their working environment differ enormously. Can be good (FIS, FAS, FECT), or bad (FAE).

      Cons

      FAE is currently (May 2016) being sold to a competitor. People are leaving in Europe and the U.S. which shows the opinion they have of this Business Group and the new working environment after the sale.
