Terrible culture and little value for work/life balance - Manager Federal-Mogul Employee Review

ABSOLUTELY ZERO consideration for work life balance. You are required to travel around the world on little notice in cattle class on the cheapest flight you can find. Unless you are a director - then it's business class. Once at your destination, you work 14+ hour days for weeks on end and are criticized if you want to spend more than 2 weeks at home (I know one person who is home less than a weekend per month) Mediocre benefits - health insurance is bare minimum to be legal & 401k match is unimpressive.
