      Really cool company with tons of potential! The work/life balance is great, really warm & smart colleagues, good employee benefits (flexibility, 4 day work week, training allowance). A lot of growth opportunities and interesting business.

      Cons

      The company is growing a lot, so there are some growing pains. Company communication could be more transparent and change management improved.

      Pros

      Feedzai has a top notch product that is helping stop real world fraud impacting millions of people around the world. The leadership team is very accessible and open to ideas that will help the company grow and scale. The culture is great and very collaborative. Work hours are flexible and with so many companies forcing a RTO plan onto employees Feedzai is doing the opposite and allowing people to have remote work and work-life balance. Benefits are also top notch!
