I have been working at Feedzai full-time (Less than a year)
Pros
I sincerely mean it when I say, Feedzai is one of the best I have ever worked for throughout my career. Feedzai is a company that not only focuses on bettering its technology / services, but providing every avenue for employees to succeed at what they do. The executive / management team believes in their employees like no other (and yes, I do believe we have the best in class) - we support one another cross-functionally and work as one team. I love that we have employees from all parts of the world - it enables us to get to know one another, challenge ourselves to become better at doing what we're doing when dealing with different cultures, and exposes us to business dealings in all four corners. One of the most important things I looked for in a company before accepting a position was how supportive the CEO and those reporting to him/her were, how much they believed in the actual product they were selling, and the ethics and values the company held itself to - Feedzai embodies this plus more.
Cons
I do believe we're on the right track with respect to every angle in this business (both internally and externally), so my suggestion would be to do exactly what we have been and nothing less.

I have been working at Feedzai full-time (More than a year)
Pros
This is a long review, but I guarantee it will be worth your time.
One thing I can say is that the Sr. Leadership hires smart people, but this is all done to hide the fact that they don’t have any idea what they are doing. Some might say this is a smart tactic but what eventually happens is that those intelligent people soon realize that they are just a pawn in the game of chess which ultimately forces them to leave. If you know anything about chess, a pawn can be promoted to become any other piece (typically a queen) if it reaches the opponent's end of the board. But for those same smart people, they quickly learn that the system is not set up for them to ever reach the other end of the board.
Cons
1. Leadership is untrustworthy, unethical, fueled with rampant sexism, racism, and consistent inconsistency in direction.
2. Poor management, as pointed out in so many other reviews. The title of Sr. Leadership should be reserved for those that lead by example and display honesty and integrity, inspire others, great decision-making capabilities, delegation, and empowerment, etc. That definition does not represent the Sr. Leadership team at Feedzai. The Sr. Leadership team is comprised of a bunch of people that lack the real possession of what it means to be a leader. Resulting in the misappropriation of information to cover up the unethical business practices to mislead the board, the investors, and the employees. The high turnover rate is just one of the leading indicators of this, and it is growing year over year, and although they try to cover it up, as a data science company employed by hundreds of smart people, we did the math, and the numbers don’t lie.
3. No real long-term goals instead it just a list of the continual change of direction and targets. Important project decisions are made based on the leadership team’s daily mood. A project that is the company’s number one goal becomes obsolete the next week. New projects are started without due diligence and canceled within a few months dimensioning all the effort that was spent on them spaning in every department if the company.
4. Unprofessional behavior, jobs are threatening quarterly if the teams don't hit their unrealistic goals (not just the sales goals). I also have observed many instances of people yelling at employees in meetings and using profanity. Anyone of these behaviors would have resulted in severe consequences at an ethical company, but since the Sr. Leadership team are the ones responsible for these heinous acts, they never get reprimanded (it's the Feedzai way).
5. Lack of career development. Promotion decisions are based on favoritism, or as an incentive when they know someone is planning on leaving the company.
6. Every department is overwhelmed with the high amount of workload, mostly attributed to poor management, lack of strategy, moving targets and high turnover.
7. Company’s response to these criticisms so far have been: (1) ignore them (2) its growing pains (3) not everyone can handle the pressure that comes with a company in "hyper-growth" (4) plant fake reviews * watch and see a good review will be posted right after this one to offset the companies bad ratings.
Advice to Management
Job seekers read all the reviews (filter from the most recent), this will assist you in making an informed decision about future employment opportunities at Feedzai. I made a crucial mistake by ignoring the reviews, and I have regretted joining the company since my first day of work. You might ask, did I address the review's on Glassdoor during the interview process and the answer is yes, unfortunately, at the time I had no idea how impressive the Sr. Leadership team was at "spinning the truth" to persuade other employees and me to accept their offers.
Sr Leadership, please start by acknowledging that you are the problem. Let you go of the ego structure and be open to rigorous honesty. Conduct a compressive evaluation of your past mistakes so, you stop repeating them (definition of insanity). Take full responsibility for the problems that you have created and eliminate the toxicity in Sr. Leadership team that is bringing down the company; it will boost morale and respect from the employees.
Lastly, the majority of Feedzai's most essential departments are overseen by a specific individual that is notoriously known for their lack of emotional intelligence and is the most hated person in the company (NOT the CEO but works closely with him). Feedzai, the most important thing for the internal culture, is to do an audit of the Sr. Leadership team and find the person(s) that make other employees miserable and get rid of them.

I worked at Feedzai (More than a year)
Pros
Free lunch
Gym
Equity for director level and above
Education stipend
Close to transportation
Cons
Wow where do I start? I see why most employees turnover around the one year mark. Most reviews here are true about Sr Management, the HR/Ops/Recruiting team all left within 2018 and starting to see the same trends due to the poor leadership of from all the way from the top of ops. Ops and HR really isn’t trying to make this place more culture friendly and the wine downs are a joke. The HR seens unfriendly and seems clueless when asked hard questions about processes. Morale is at an all time low and no one seems to care. The company surveys have no value because even though marks are low, culture remains the same year after year. Promotions aren’t really done based on your managers discretion, but who sucks up to Sr management the hardest. Office is a bit dead, except for some chatter bugs who seem to distract the entire office, so please be advised to bring noise cancelling headphones if you want to get work done.
Advice to Management
Please stop asking for unrealistic positive Glassdoor reviews and start making real strides to change.

Pros
The CEO and tech are brilliant. Before you work here, please reach out to former employees. We're happy to let you know what the San Mateo office is really like.
Cons
I wrote a negative review, and not surprisingly, a bunch of positive reviews came after. Not fishy, not fishy at all...
Advice to Management
Good Lord! Read what has been said by myriad people before me, and don't expect that a bunch of flowery reviews from the other offices makes this situation any better. You are brilliant and and giving, but you are letting this person tank your vision with her histrionics!!!

Pros
Great culture. Smart people and everyone works together.
Cons
Revamp of HR and performance reviews left many without increases for over a year. Decent benefits but there is only one choice for medical and it doesn't pay much coverage. No stock options for the average employee.
Advice to Management
Add stock options for everyone. Review salaries of all staff that has been with the company over a year. Provide more medical coverage choices.

I have been working at Feedzai full-time (More than a year)
Pros
Free food.
Cool swag - water bottles, t-shirts
Newly added 40lk.
Unlimited PTO
Cons
Smoke and mirrors. Check out LinkedIn. Why have so many former Feedzai associates cycled through here after they realize it's all bs?
HR here is truly poisonous and responsible for the 'culture' at Feedzai. Note that most HR staff are there less than a year. Only one HR person is there longer. Wonder why?
Unlimited PTO. This sounds great and very start - uppy but it's not something anyone can ever really take unless you're Portuguese. Engineers, pro services, sales and marketing don't ever take PTO. And when they inevitably leave Feedzai, they aren't owed any back pay. Pretty ingenious?
The founders are very smart guys, but they're in over their heads here. They're great technologists but don't have the background or skill set to make this thing work. Entire senior management team needs to be replaced with industry experts. Product management here is super immature and not getting better. CEO has alienated key customers and prospects and doesn't listen.
While there's talk of them going public, it's just that - talk. There's not financial discipline or processes in place for this to go public. Best hope is for a competitor or customer to take this over.
Advice to Management
Replace the senior management team. Stop the ever revolving sales door. Pay the engineering and pro services folks fairly and give them insight to their bonuses. Listen to your customer and prospects.

I have been working at Feedzai full-time
Pros
Marketing is probably the best thing about Feedzai. They spent a lot of money on marketing and on the outside they look great. Free logo giveways. Big named speakers and placement. Don't let all of the marketing fool you.
Unlimited PTO (so they don't have to pay out the time when employees get fired or quit)
Smart and talented low level employees.
Many open positions and growth.
Cons
Feedzai is unethical, makes false claims, doesn't pay what they claim, has poor management with no prior experience, is unorganized, CEO yells at employees on a regular basis, micro manages, doesn't listen to prospects/customers/employees to try to force them to do things, doesn't trust employees and undermines them, has a toxic environment, extremely high turnover in employees, makes claims they can't keep, sells vaporware without telling customers it doesn't exist and they have to write the software, burns hours to train the ever evolving rotation of new employees, and etc... Do not work for the COO, since she has the highest turnover of reports in the company.
Don't work here. You will regret it. Talk to former employees to hear the full story.
Advice to Management
It is not your experienced employees, it is your management that is the problem. Maybe you should listen to your employees, customers, and prospects more. Do the right and ethical things to treat them better. Keep your promises. Stop yelling at people and micro managing them. Listen. Trust them to do their jobs. Pay people instead of finding reasons not to. Maybe if the high turnover stopped by getting rid of bad C level and SVP employees, you would retain good talent and actually be more productive, rather than having to constantly train new people all the time and have ramp up periods.

Pros
Ownership of what you do
High growth company challenges
Great co-workers
Cons
With ownership comes accountability. With high growth comes some intense days. For the right person this is energizing. For the wrong person, this is draining . Also, the distributed nature of the company creates communication challenges and a lot of travel.
