      Pros

      Although Feedzai is not perfect, I feel that the company is always trying to improve and listening to the feedback from employees on how to make things better. It's also a company that offers autonomy and good career opportunities, good environment and the people in general are very friendly.

      Cons

      I believe that the company needs a mindset change to get to the next level, and for that to happen they may need to make significant changes in their leadership.

      Pros

      Feedzai has a top notch product that is helping stop real world fraud impacting millions of people around the world. The leadership team is very accessible and open to ideas that will help the company grow and scale. The culture is great and very collaborative. Work hours are flexible and with so many companies forcing a RTO plan onto employees Feedzai is doing the opposite and allowing people to have remote work and work-life balance. Benefits are also top notch!
