      Pros

      I always had great managers who supported me and helped me grow into a manager that focused on growing teams and individuals, supporting them and fostering a "raise the bar" culture.

      Cons

      Too stressful at times, mostly because of the different expectations between what was agreed with customers vs what the product supported.

      Pros

      Feedzai has a top notch product that is helping stop real world fraud impacting millions of people around the world. The leadership team is very accessible and open to ideas that will help the company grow and scale. The culture is great and very collaborative. Work hours are flexible and with so many companies forcing a RTO plan onto employees Feedzai is doing the opposite and allowing people to have remote work and work-life balance. Benefits are also top notch!
