      Pros

      Very solid and beneficial exposure to FMCG and the grocery industry, you will learn a lot about the industry and interact with multiple stakeholders

      Cons

      Outdated systems, and toxic/egotistical management. Multiple instances of the same negative feedback being recycled across multiple employees with no real substance/basis behind it; there is no surprise behind the excessive employee turnover in Sales.

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
