      only one pro as a temp worker you will be able to actually move on with your life instead of staying with a bad company

      The worst people I have had the pleasure of working with contract people basically stand there and bully the temps

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
