      - Considerable management - Working from home friendly - Global (almost all over the world) colleagues - Chance to visit live events almost free or at discounted price

      Cons

      - Very low compensation and reward compared to what employee provides - Unclear about career growth and path - Eventhough I was working in one of the other countries' branch, but back office stuff was followed the way of HQ
