Pros
Looking over the reviews on here I can honestly see both sides because I can genuinely see how people who aren’t the right fit for this company (and even this industry) can see their jobs in such a negative light. This is a difficult, cut-throat industry and FiComm isn’t the little leagues. I don’t blame people for not having what it takes and I don’t want to discount their experience either. In my opinion, I think it’s good that they come on here and write such bad reviews because the wrong type of people (the kind of people who wouldn’t do well here anyways) will see those and be scared off, while the right kind of people who are a great fit for the job will be able to see FiComm for what it is: an exciting, challenging work environment that spits out the weakest and uses pressure to create diamonds. I’ve been with the company for coming on two years and I can honestly say that the right kind of people flourish here. It all just depends on who you are and what you’re capable of.

If you’re the wrong fit, everything will be a con. If you’re the right fit, there won’t be any cons.
