      Great salaries and benefits plus remote work sometimes

      Cons

      You really can't sell anything unless you are hyperscaler rep or vendor rep 90% don't sell a thing in Enterprise or inside the culture is all about the CEO ego and bringing his friends to work for him minimum minority hires
