      Pros

      Really cares about safety. This company does things the right way.

      Cons

      The only thing is this company pays too little. Most drivers in my 25 mile circumference are making around $20/hr or more. I make $13. Granted I work in the country, but I feel that I'm worth more; and I would stay longer with the company if it paid its drivers better.

      Frequently behind the wheel of a bus which limits value at position Very long hours due to need to complete work while spending significant portion of the day filling in on open routes
