    Work independently and out of an office. Free time in the middle of the day.

    Odd hours, and not enough.

    Advice to Management

    Create some sort of benefits package for employees. Find ways to offer more hours to those that want it.

    Buses are old and in poor condition. Lie about acquiring new buses.

    Micro management. Sexism. Male employees make more and are promoted more. Upper management is fake and uncaring.

    Paid training, overtime charters, great hourly rate, senior staff priority

    Cons

    Buses always broke down, and not enough spare buses or spare drivers. Manager too soft.

    Advice to Management

    Take the time to ask drivers how their ride was. Come on the bus if possible so you can see what we go through

    You get to transport kids to and from school and they begin to love you and miss you when you are gone

    Cons

    The company can never keep enough drivers so there is stress of routes shifting day to day

    Try to keep drivers on their routes
