Pros
- Guaranteed to be paid 2 hours per route (i.e., 4 hours total minimum for AM & PM) - Charters are available, but less pay - No late nights or weekends - "At-Will" employee status - School breaks and summers off - Training provided - Snow removal, refueling, cold starts teams are available for sign up for extra hours
Cons
- Charters can sometimes be sparse and competitive to sign up for - The children can sometimes be bad - Early mornings if you're not a morning person - Wage increases based on seniority are laughable (e.g. $1 increase after 2 years)
