      Pros

      Extra work opportunities, flexible schedule, 4 hours guaranteed, friendly environment, free training, effective management.

      Cons

      Pay somewhat low in my opinion when you consider the massive responsibilities that come with driving a bus. The insurance is also insanely expensive which is why I have private insurance. Other than that, not much I would call a con, (at least not at my location).
