      You can get salary on correct time. You need to learn everything by yourself. Work timing flexibility.

      Cons

      Lot of gap between higher management and employees. No other benefits provided other than salary. Company doesn't follow its own terms but force us to follow through higher management. Please dont choose this company for your good future.

      Few things from my personal experience are - - Reachability - Ontime payroll process - Cooperative staff and management - Diligent paperwork and coordination for H1B amendments/renewal

      Cons

      While interactions and meetings within the operations teams and management are regular occurrences, taking the time to periodically connect with tech employees can provide additional value and comfort to them. Just a thought!
