My immediate team were great. We worked well together and supported each other as much as we could despite an extremely high workload. Some good products, trainers and nice people in the business.
Cons
I have worked for several companies and for me this was the worst in terms of processes, procedures and antiquated systems, a lack of interest in staff well-being and workload. New systems were implemented very quickly with not enough consideration for how they would really work for the clients or staff. Our team still needed to use all the antiquated systems at the same time. Operational processes were poor and needed an overhaul. There were no written working instructions, proper governance, good procedures or agile ways of working, The workload was extreme and there was no thanks for working long hours. It was inevitable that something would go wrong and when that happened, there were people quick to blame rather than examine the root cause.
