Thank you for your input. I am disappointed your experience left you feeling without work/life balance. Our engagement scores here have increased significantly over the past six months as it has been an area of focus for us. We recognized through the pandemic, many of our team members were feeling the stress. As a result, we have activated quarterly connection days, no meeting days, and a focus on mental wellness.
