Never recommend and will never work here again - Customer Service Associate Floor & Decor Employee Review

The management has no care for the staff. The management does not care about the health of the staff. The management does not allow the upward movement of staff unless you kiss their behinds. I have witnessed a manager skimming from the registers. When HR was called about all of our complaints ( we called and sent a 26 page email with all of the staff complaints) a representative of HR came and singled out everyone who gav a complaint, making the problem worse. Now we are understaffed because people are quitting left and right.
