Pros

They'll hire you straight out of college. The office is pretty.

Cons

If I was further along in my career and realized the level of abuse I experienced then, I would have sued these people. We're talking comments about your race to explain poor performance and collection tins appearing on your desk that say "Plastic Surgery Fund." There is next to no training, and you are often expected to jump through arbitrary hoops to please two owners with very different expectations. You learn by trying to do something, not doing it right, and then getting berated for how it should be done and repeating. Don't work here unless you're desperate for the money.

ForeFront Response

It is disheartening to see such a negative review. We are proud of our 20-year history of nurturing and growing our team. Our training consists of a 90 day onboarding process, mentors, shadowing on projects, continued education, and weekly 'Lunch & Learn' team building. We have a diverse, open-minded, multi-cultural team from around the globe. Abusive behavior is not tolerated here and race is not a deciding factor in our employment decisions. We welcome you to reach out to our HR Director to discuss your alleged claims.

Pros

I worked within the Sales Team performing tasks around demand generation. The company is 25 years old and can draw on so many past experiences (successes and failures) to bring value to their customers. Their resources are always working on new skills and certifications to stay current with technology. On top of doing great work for their customers, ForeFront is a family run business and makes every employee feel a part of the family. Even being remote and not getting to physically be with the team every day, I felt heard and that my work and opinion mattered.

Cons

Would have loved to meet the whole FF family, but I came on just after their yearly kickoff powwow. Remote work is the way of the world now, but getting everyone together is always good for team building - the ROI is hard to see on paper, but it's there.
