Welcoming team ready to support new talent - Intern FormFactor Employee Review

I've joined the newest location for FormFactor in Farmers Branch, TX. Everyone here is extremely helpful and seem excited to be part of the start-up team. There aren't big egos floating around the hallways which is pretty refreshing for a tech environment. I've collaborated with employees from our other locations and they are very nice/helpful too. The work is interesting and the pay and benefits are good compared to a lot of other employers in this area.

A lot of meetings for things that could be an email.

Fast paced, multidisciplinary, opportunity to learn the different aspects of product development, assembly and test

Can be very hectic, promotions are hard to come, stagnation
