Pros

-Outstanding Executive Management Team in place. -Comprehensive Benefits Packages. -Generous PTO policy in high tech manufacturing allows for a great work/life balance. -Veteran friendly corporation! -Tuition Reimbursement Program (up to Masters level) -Some of the most passionate, dedicated, and professional employees that I have had the pleasure of leading. -Engineering-Driven Niche Product of Advanced Test ProbeCards and cutting edge Packaging Systems has allowed the company to scale significantly in recent years while adding diversity in systems capabilities, DRAM, SOC, Silicon Photonics to propel the company to new levels during an explosive period in the Semiconductor/IC industry. -Average tenure of manufacturing fabrication employees is hovering at over a decade and many have been able to provide for their families, put their children through college and live an extremely healthy life style in beautiful Northern California .

Cons

-Extremely Lean Manufacturing Environment with tight lead times offers significant challenges. While this is more of an opportunity to grow, develop, and break down barriers, than a negative, it is not for the faint of heart(especially those who occupy a leadership role).

Pros

Great people Good work-life balance, on the production team at least Fairly competitive pay structure for advanced roles if compared with companies in the valley Reasonable performance expectations

Cons

Boneheaded senior management. Director level and below are down to earth and capable of executing, but senior management all brought in from other companies in the last year or two are determined to fail while having feel-good company-wide chats about inclusion instead of building a realistic roadmap. Pay is also very much NOT competitive for labor employees, or for advanced roles when compared with any company just 20 miles east or south.
