Together, we grow the company and we have a lot of influence. If you have a cool idea, people listen to you and there are resources available to make it happen.
Cons
Formlabs is a young company and is changing quickly. Sometimes processes are not so well defined and communication and collaboration between teams can be improved. But that is just part of the fun.
