Hi there - appreciate you taking the time to write a review here. It's awesome to hear that someone who's been at Formlabs for quite a few years enjoys coming into work each day and is excited about the opportunities ahead! I agree that we're not fully there yet, especially on building good internal communication and systems as we've grown. Not to sound too cheesy here, but people like you are why I feel strongly that Formlabs can thread that needle of being a "grown-up company" where it's needed, while staying flexible enough to build great products that have a big impact.
